What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express(AMEX), Apple Pay & PayPal.



When will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing date. (We do not ship on Sundays!)

Please allow extra time to process your order during holidays and sale seasons.



How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 3-5 working days for processing. After that, it takes 12-20 business days for delivery in the US and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).



Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

The prices shown on our website are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these duties and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country. For further information on taxes, please contact your local customs office.



Where is my tracking number?

Order processing time can take up to 1-2 business days. Processing includes checking, packing and dispatching your orders to the postal service. After all these procedures, you will receive a tracking number via email.

But if you don't receive one within 3-5 business days, you can send us a message at support@treasureslab.com and we'll send you the tracking number and all the information you need!



I have ordered 2 or more items, why have I only received one?

When you order several items at once, they may be sent separately as the products are sent from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once ... they'll get to you!



I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do that?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.



How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. See our returns policy for a list of final sale items. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.



Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous charges are the responsibility of the customer.



What happens if the item(s) I received are defective/faulty/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received goods that are incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and any related references when receiving your parcel. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.



How long is the return process?

Processing returns can take up to 14 working days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm when your return has been processed.



When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
